Our
STORY

I consider myself fortunate that I was born and raised in the Land of Enchantment. Growing up near the Rio Grande as a child, I developed a fondness for the great outdoors and nurtured a deep respect for the unconquerable terrain. My grandmother was one of the original land purveyors in the Rio Rancho Estates, purchasing her parcel in the 70’s. It was certainly simpler times in the 80’s and I recall learning how to shoot and drive manual transmission out in the Rio Rancho Estates.
I became a paralegal and moved to Chicago. After thirteen years of practicing special education law in the city, I returned home to my roots. By this time, my grandmother had passed and her parcel was left in a complicated state of affairs. I was able to inherit the land after jumping through the legal hoops. My research taught me that many families are dealing with the same circumstances. My grandmother purchased her land sight unseen at a seminar and paid it off through a contract. Our family also paid years of property taxes in the hopes that the land would be worth more in the future. Armed with my personal experience, I also wanted to help others in similar situations. I am here to give you the honest facts about your land and its value, the way I would want for my own family. Please give me a call to discuss your situation and I will do my best to help.
Sincerely, Julie
